Éthan Rottier made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Evandro Novaes sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Jataiense Futebol Clube's De-Jesús Goiano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Éthan Rottier. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. After having played for 26 minutes, Maurice Chalaye managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Royal PSG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurice Chalaye was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Evandro Novaes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Éthan Rottier. That made the score 2-1 in the 28 minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Ibrahim Hautot came free, but Raimundo Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ibrahim Hautot in the 33rd minute of the match. Éthan Rottier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evandro Novaes in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Royal PSG's goal looked a bit too open when De-Jesús Goiano came free, but Éthan Rottier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 played minutes Royal PSG got a freekick which was hit by Just Leseigneur. In the 40th minute, Severino Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mandaguari Goiano to strike the kick off in the second half. Raimundo Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendan Queinnec in the 52nd minute of play. Éthan Rottier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from De-Jesús Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Severino Furtado was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. The supporters of Royal PSG booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Furtado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Ibrahim Hautot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giuseppe Siqueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Éthan Rottier. Royal PSG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luiz Neves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jataiense Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Royal PSG the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers De-Jesús Goiano in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Éthan Rottier saved Royal PSG from getting behind. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
