The Modlau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Modlau made a substitution. Kelaino Mbappè replaced Iwo Dziedziak. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rıfat Müfit showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Czeslaw Miecznikowski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rıfat Müfit. 1-3. Mehmet Hakkı Koçarslanoğlu hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Modlau's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
