Jose Artizar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Bueno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. After 41 minutes, Guaberto Eduino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anjullan AFC and the Vł₦ɆłⱤØ ₣₵ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Anjullan AFC's Guaberto Eduino got a free kick in the 41st minute. Marco Edorta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Giraldo in the 42nd minute of play.
