Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) 3 minutes into the game, Filip Hosu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cosula-BTF-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Veth Crystals the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Filip Hosu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Benedykt Pionek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidiu Marin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Filip Hosu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aureliusz Naumowicz, 1-1. Emilian Bădila hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dacian Jurăscu in the 20th minute of play forced Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Aureliusz Naumowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidiu Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Sokol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Veth Crystals were awarded a corner. Roland Domaradzki went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Veth Crystals's Roland Domaradzki to fire away a dangerous shot which Ovidiu Marin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Aureliusz Naumowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Veth Crystals's goalkeeper Aureliusz Naumowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patryk Pozorski hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Ovidiu Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Pionek in the 29th minute of play. Aureliusz Naumowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Jurăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Dacian Jurăscu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aureliusz Naumowicz came out and tried to block the shot, but Dacian Jurăscu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Veth Crystals booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Hosu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute of the match Zachary Gruchacz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidiu Marin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Benedykt Pionek took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Marin. Ovidiu Marin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Dacian Jurăscu might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aureliusz Naumowicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dacian Jurăscu ran back to his position shaking his head. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filip Hosu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ovidiu Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedykt Pionek in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Marcin Piszczor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Ciprian Gaiță came free, but Aureliusz Naumowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Hosu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliusz Naumowicz having to make a save. Ovidiu Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Pozorski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. A collision led to FC Cosula-BTF- getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ciprian Gaiță hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Ciprian Gaiță got a free kick in the 67th minute. Napoleon Gollob kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Dacian Jurăscu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliusz Naumowicz. Veth Crystals's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dacian Jurăscu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Aureliusz Naumowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Jurăscu in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Cosula-BTF-'s Sever Mărăscu got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute, Sever Mărăscu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Veth Crystals booed when FC Cosula-BTF- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurel Lăceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Veth Crystals defense, Dacian Jurăscu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aureliusz Naumowicz. The Veth Crystals fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aureliusz Naumowicz should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute Dacian Jurăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliusz Naumowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Dacian Jurăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Cosula-BTF-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dacian Jurăscu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliusz Naumowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dacian Jurăscu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliusz Naumowicz having to make a save. Tomasz Sokol kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Veth Crystals's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
