Spectators: 8451 (Terracing: 6339, Seating: 1943, VIP seats: 169) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tymoteusz Barciniak kicked off to start the match. MKS Mazur Ełk's Wladyslaw Henryk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recep Muhittin in the 5th minute of play. When İlhan Mansız came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Nevşehirspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that İlhan Mansız couldn't finish the play. Wladyslaw Henryk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A sloppy throw-in by Emil Prusinowski in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nevşehirspor's Ahmet Ersal. MKS Mazur Ełk's Wladyslaw Henryk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save MKS Mazur Ełk from getting a goal against them. İlhan Mansız sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when İlhan Mansız got free with Wladyslaw Henryk in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
