Spectators: 7886 (Terracing: 5915, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Cebo started the match with the kick off. Nunez Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Roano in the 3rd minute of play. Severiano Hustaz hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the match, Emiliano Loren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nunez Astudillo. Estrellas de Caballito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emiliano Loren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Geronimo Nisio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Bastia having to interfere. Marciano Rencio kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Tomas Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes of play, Yupandú FC's Eustaquio Beat made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nunez Astudillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Cebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Astudillo having to interfere. Luis Bastia made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Geronimo Nisio sent off a good shot on target. Severiano Hustaz kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Estrellas de Caballito's Isaias Domiku got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Luis Bastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Enaut in the 45th minute of play. Estrellas de Caballito were furious when Isaias Domiku was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Isaias Domiku kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 53 played minutes Yupandú FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Abechuco. Nunez Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Roano in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Cebo in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nunez Astudillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Estrellas de Caballito's Higinio Luzea was substituted for Geronimo Nisio. When Higinio Luzea fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrellas de Caballito's protests and gave Higinio Luzea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th match minute, Estrellas de Caballito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Luzea to maneuver through the defense. When Cristian Obano fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrellas de Caballito's protests and gave Cristian Obano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Cristian Obano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomas Cebo during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Yupandú FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Cebo. Bernardino Tiadoro hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Higinio Luzea succeeded in the game's 95th minute to get real power on a long shot . Yupandú FC's Luis Bastia hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-4!
