When Alex Lara came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the FC Barrera 2.0 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Lara couldn't finish the play. If Tibor Barmoš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valério Xavier to strike the kick off in the second half. AFK Petržalka's Norberd Valentík proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save AFK Petržalka from getting a goal against them. FC Barrera 2.0's Thomás Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Záhoran in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Xavier in the 78th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Norberd Valentík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute of the match AFK Petržalka got a corner. FC Barrera 2.0's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roland Záhoran ran over to the corner to take the kick. AFK Petržalka's Roland Záhoran was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thomás Travassos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Norberd Valentík made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valério Xavier in the 93rd minute. AFK Petržalka were furious when Peter Hvižďák was red carded, 96 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Betão Paulista struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Norberd Valentík didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barrera 2.0. The AFK Petržalka supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Barrera 2.0's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Barrera 2.0.
