In the 3rd minute Christian Arratia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute Vanadio F.C. were awarded a corner. Lorencio Erosa went to the cornerflag to take it. Vicente Enaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Pernambucano in the 5th minute of play. Ernesto Santin's late challenge caught a DESTROY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Santin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Ernesto Santin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Galo made a great header on DESTROY's corner, it was just that Vanadio F.C.'s Esteban Aleson managed to reach the ball for a save. Vanadio F.C. were furious when Michael Curiel was red carded, 16 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vanadio F.C.! Vanadio F.C.:s Esteban Aleson showed great skill when he stopped Gaspar Galo:s penalty. In the 17th minute, Gaspar Galo made a precise shot to the right of Esteban Aleson. Vanadio F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 22 played minutes DESTROY got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Eneko. Albano Quintyn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Esteban Aleson made a huge save. After a rather tough play, DESTROY's Haroldo Eneko got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Vicente Enaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Arratia, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in DESTROY's zone, Christian Arratia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Enaut came out of the goal and Christian Arratia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jakob Pernambucano scored 1-1 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Enaut, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Haroldo Eneko made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Albano Quintyn made a precise shot to the right of Esteban Aleson. Vanadio F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Haroldo Eneko put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Esteban Aleson. After 65 minutes, Romano Montoya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vanadio F.C. and the DESTROY players grew even worse after the yellow card. DESTROY's Rogelio Munio was substituted for Albano Quintyn. In the 72nd minute, Lisandro Gora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Arratia struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Vicente Enaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vanadio F.C.. Jakob Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Enaut having to interfere. The supporters of Vanadio F.C. booed when DESTROY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Galo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteban Aleson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Munio in the 91st minute of the match. Benjamin Lemos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Vicente Enaut made a huge save. DESTROY were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vanadio F.C. for a fine match.
