Spectators: 9267 (Terracing: 6952, Seating: 2131, VIP seats: 184) Bernardino Baumar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Guillermo Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gunnar Jakobsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xentrias's Gunnar Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Llope in the 8th minute of play. In the 8th match minute, Xentrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pelle Rudqvist to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kim Joensson got free with Victor Matxin in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13thth minute of the game Bernardino Baumar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xentrias's Gunnar Jakobsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gunnar Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Baumar in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Bernardino Baumar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Pelle Rudqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xentrias's supporters rose to their feet, but Pelle Rudqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Matxin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gunnar Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Baumar in the 32nd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Xentrias's Pelle Rudqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Matxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 45th match minute, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Lertxun to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 54thth minute of the game Bernardino Baumar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xentrias's Gunnar Jakobsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Acercate Y Patea de Lejos getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Guillermo Emenon hit a great ball. Victor Matxin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pelle Rudqvist's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Victor Matxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pelle Rudqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göran Lidman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Matxin having to interfere. Pelle Rudqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pelle Rudqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Pelle Rudqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the game, Gerardo Balendin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xentrias the free kick. In the 77th minute, Gerardo Balendin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerardo Balendin was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Xentrias booed when Acercate Y Patea de Lejos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Balendin didn't get a good kick on the ball.
