After some careless play in the Ronnys Lärjungar defense, Axl Rose kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvin Bruhn. The Ronnys Lärjungar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvin Bruhn should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Howling Dawn U18 booed when Ronnys Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Hård didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Allan Jakobsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ronnys Lärjungar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Howling Dawn U18 the free kick. If Axl Rose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 24 minutes into the match, Ronnys Lärjungar's goal looked a bit too open when Axl Rose came free, but Edvin Bruhn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sten Hård kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Axl Rose in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edvin Bruhn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Howling Dawn U18's Juan Bittor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edvin Bruhn. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Axl Rose made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Way in the 51st minute of play forced Ronnys Lärjungar's goalkeeper Edvin Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Bruhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axl Rose, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Juan Bittor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sten Hård hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Uriel Lauren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edvin Bruhn. Ronnys Lärjungar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kjell-Arne Skott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Hori having to interfere. Ronnys Lärjungar made a substitution. Sverker Björk replaced Tommy Beck. Edvin Bruhn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Bittor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Axl Rose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ronnys Lärjungar's Sten Hård got a free kick in the 80th minute. George Esbjörnsson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the game, Scott Weiland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Edvin Bruhn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 94 minutes into the match, Baltasar Walme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvin Bruhn. Ronnys Lärjungar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baltasar Walme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Howling Dawn U18 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ronnys Lärjungar for a fine match.
