The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an all-out effort, !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Hugon Lenertej threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roger Ortiz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 9 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's goal looked a bit too open when Bermudo Domingo came free, but Hugon Lenertej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdzislaw Dembowski kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The !Pabellon Ourense C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Luciano Unzueta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 20 played minutes !Pabellon Ourense C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Nesor Millán. In the 24th minute, Nesor Millán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Bambang Wiatr sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Andres Salan didn't even have to move. Bermudo Domingo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Hugon Lenertej made a huge save. !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Bermudo Domingo got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Luciano Unzueta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hugon Lenertej made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bermudo Domingo in the 30th minute. !Pabellon Ourense C.F. were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after SS SuperSonics's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nesor Millán took the corner. Nesor Millán made a great header on !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s corner, it was just that SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej managed to reach the ball for a save. Belmiro Lastras kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes !Pabellon Ourense C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Lastras. SS SuperSonics's attentive Zdzislaw Dembowski managed to snatch the ball when Belmiro Lastras made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, Korneliusz Panasewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Salan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hugon Lenertej made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Bermudo Domingo sent off a good shot on target. SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bermudo Domingo in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Korneliusz Panasewicz made the kick off in the second half. When !Pabellon Ourense C.F.'s Luciano Unzueta in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 71 minutes SS SuperSonics's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nesor Millán who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Nesor Millán almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej did a great save. If Sotero Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugon Lenertej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Amer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Amer struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Hugon Lenertej didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for !Pabellon Ourense C.F.. After some careless play in the !Pabellon Ourense C.F. defense, Gucci Gangstad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andres Salan. The !Pabellon Ourense C.F. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Salan should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see !Pabellon Ourense C.F. lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
