In the 3rd minute, Michel Kjellkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Pajala Sunrise's David Lindman tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 6th match minute, MAFFIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. Cholachat Coolcat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunde Svan in the 9th minute of play. After 12 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Kristoffer Nyberg. Alf Säfström hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After having played for 13 minutes, David Lindman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pajala Sunrise's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Lindman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cholachat Coolcat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Wassberg in the 19th minute of the match. Cholachat Coolcat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Vallin, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pajala Sunrise fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! MAFFIAN's Alex Vallin suffered a concussion in the 30th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 30 minutes into the game, David Lindman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pajala Sunrise's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAFFIAN the free kick. In the 34th minute Thomas Wassberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cholachat Coolcat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom got control of the ball when Johannes Friberger tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Wassberg in the 42nd minute of play forced Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper Cholachat Coolcat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Rudolf Josefsson. Greger Broberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cholachat Coolcat. Pajala Sunrise's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
The wind increased when 王 江志锋 made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by 王 江志锋 in the 51st minute of play forced MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Aron Dahlbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cholachat Coolcat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunde Svan in the 56th minute of play. Stig Larsson's late challenge caught a MAFFIAN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stig Larsson helped the player get up and apologised. Stig Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. MAFFIAN's Hugo Nyman was substituted for Rudolf Josefsson. Stig Larsson kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Thomas Wassberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Cholachat Coolcat made a huge save. In the 61st minute Johannes Friberger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Dahlbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aron Dahlbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 王 江志锋 in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to MAFFIAN getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Östen Vennersten hit a great ball. Pajala Sunrise made a substitution. Roger Heggert replaced Johannes Friberger. Pajala Sunrise's Ingvar Lindqvist was substituted for Börje Axelsson. In the 70th match minute, MAFFIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Östen Vennersten to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Nyman kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 王 江志锋 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Pajala Sunrise's Roger Heggert got a free kick in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Pajala Sunrise's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Mogren came free, but Cholachat Coolcat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes of play, Pajala Sunrise's Roger Heggert made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aron Dahlbom was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunde Svan got free with Cholachat Coolcat in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, Roger Heggert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aron Dahlbom. MAFFIAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roger Heggert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the MAFFIAN players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pajala Sunrise.
