After a rather tough play, Uruguaiana's Carlos Eduardo Melo got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguaiana's goalkeeper André Sena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Gumisie Rybnik's Tobiasz Blicharz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uruguaiana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Borys Banach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After some careless play in the Uruguaiana defense, Borys Banach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Sena. The Uruguaiana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Sena should have stopped the shot. Luís Fabiano Mattos scored 1-5 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miromir Pazura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. André Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Banach, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Uruguaiana's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Pilarczyk came free, but André Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Borys Banach made a kick off. Edward Sliwinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but André Sena made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Jekot in the 56th minute of play forced Uruguaiana's goalkeeper André Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Gumisie Rybnik's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Sousa came free, but Miromir Pazura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes, Ksawery Pilarczyk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gumisie Rybnik and the Uruguaiana players grew even worse after the yellow card. André Sena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. When the final whistle sounded Gumisie Rybnik left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Uruguaiana.
