Ksawery Pilarczyk took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sérgio Trevisan. Sérgio Trevisan had in the 23rdth minute some difficulties stopping Borys Banach's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Ksawery Pilarczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Pilarczyk in the 25th minute of play forced Cambridge Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Sérgio Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ksawery Pilarczyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sérgio Trevisan having to make a save. Miromir Pazura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos Machado in the 32nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Pinho during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cambridge Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Luiz Pinho hit a great ball. Sérgio Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sérgio Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Banach in the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Zé Carlos Machado made the kick off in the second half. Sérgio Trevisan made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ksawery Pilarczyk sent off a good shot on target. Luiz Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miromir Pazura having to interfere. A hard shot 58 in the game by Ksawery Pilarczyk from a close distance when the talented Sérgio Trevisan managed to make a qualified save. Cambridge Esporte Clube's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Cambridge Esporte Clube's zone, Borys Banach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio Trevisan came out of the goal and Borys Banach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st match minute, Cambridge Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. Ksawery Pilarczyk in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sérgio Trevisan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Borys Banach kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Gumisie Rybnik's Miromir Pazura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jailson Loyola in the 70th minute of play. Miromir Pazura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Loyola in the 79th minute of play. Ksawery Pilarczyk came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sérgio Trevisan could save by the left post. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cambridge Esporte Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Sliwinski was slow to take the kick. During this time Gumisie Rybnik's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Gumisie Rybnik's Tobiasz Blicharz to fire away a dangerous shot which Sérgio Trevisan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The corner ended in Tobiasz Blicharz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cambridge Esporte Clube's Sérgio Trevisan did a great save. After 91 minutes Cambridge Esporte Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Sliwinski who took care of the corner kick. Miromir Pazura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Pinho in the 94th minute of the match. Although Cambridge Esporte Clube had been in control for most of the match, Gumisie Rybnik still came away with the win.
