If Nikola Tesla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Handsome Wizards UTD's Marcial Cisquella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dagoberto Neila in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Claudio Antonangeli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcial Estavan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Handsome Wizards UTD's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Antonangeli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Estavan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Iratze in the 89th minute of play forced The Handsome Wizards UTD's goalkeeper Marcial Cisquella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see INDEPENDIENTE F.C. lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
