In the 16th minute, Güralp Ergüleç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Kurdish Warriors's Wictor Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Güralp Ergüleç in the 17th minute of play. The Portus Ganda fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Portus Ganda's Güralp Ergüleç looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Wictor Hagström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güralp Ergüleç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Portus Ganda's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jüri Djorkaeff in the 22nd minute. The corner led Portus Ganda's Florian Mondrowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Wictor Hagström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the FC Kurdish Warriors defense, Güralp Ergüleç kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wictor Hagström. The FC Kurdish Warriors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wictor Hagström should have stopped the shot. Wictor Hagström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güralp Ergüleç in the 26th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Güralp Ergüleç put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Wictor Hagström. After having played for 32 minutes, Güralp Ergüleç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portus Ganda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Güralp Ergüleç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 34 minutes into the match, FC Kurdish Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Güralp Ergüleç came free, but Wictor Hagström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Vanbuyten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timmy Hasselqvist in the 35th minute of play. With his leg Wictor Hagström managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Portus Ganda's Güralp Ergüleç fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
