Ma Yong Jun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Biraga, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to Karen FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rickard Lövkvist hit a great ball. Ma Yong Jun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zdzislaw Biraga went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 37 minutes into the match, Karen FC's Slawomir Majak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maksymilian Prusinowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Slawomir Majak sped through 1909 Tarnovia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maksymilian Prusinowski. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludomir Werra during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 1909 Tarnovia getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ludomir Werra hit a great ball. Ma Yong Jun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prosper Vandamme in the 88th minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match, Prosper Vandamme tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ma Yong Jun saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Oskar Sandell fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Karen FC's protests and gave Oskar Sandell a yellow card for diving instead. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
