Gabriel Hauche started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Hauche in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Deacon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the game, Wandy Petera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maní FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mayo the free kick. In the 10th minute, Wandy Petera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Hauche in the 13th minute of play forced Mayo's goalkeeper Marcus Deacon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th match minute, Maní FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Indartsu to maneuver through the defense. In the 19thth minute of the game Steve Oliver who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maní FC's Pascual Pitin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wandy Petera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Deacon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Samuel Farmer was slow to take the kick. During this time Mayo's players had a chance to rest. Marcus Deacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Hauche, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Maní FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Mayo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dieguinho Cruz took the corner. At last the ball reached Gabriel Hauche at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Mayo. 1-0. Pascual Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Farmer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Oliver came free, but Pascual Pitin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Dieguinho Cruz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcus Deacon. That made the score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuel Farmer to make the kick off. Gabriel Hauche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Deacon having to interfere. With a little luck, Maní FC's Pascual Pitin got control of the ball when William Symons tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabriel Hauche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mayo's Marcus Deacon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Hauche in the 60th minute of play. Marcus Deacon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wandy Petera in the 62nd minute of the match. Romulo Loiola kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Mayo made a substitution. Patrick Robins replaced Samuel Farmer. After 66 played minutes Mayo got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Loiola. Marcus Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Hauche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goalkeeper Pascual Pitin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steve Oliver. Steve Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Pitin having to interfere. Pascual Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Symons, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Symons took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascual Pitin. Pascual Pitin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Pascual Pitin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Robins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Symons got free with Pascual Pitin in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute Steve Oliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Erling Gentenaar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
