After 5 played minutes Steaua Noes Potable got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Rivas. If Valter Festas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 7th minute, Valter Festas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 11th minute Valter Festas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Lastras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Krzysztof Jajecznica got a free kick in the 13th minute. Valter Festas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofilo Lastras having to make a save. Baltasar Emmanuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Czeslaw Banan in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofilo Lastras saved Steaua Noes Potable from getting behind. Iwan Falk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Lastras having to interfere. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Zachary Naskrent got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valter Festas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Banan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Teofilo Lastras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Steaua Noes Potable's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Valter Festas scored to the left of an out of position Teofilo Lastras, making the score, 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

MKS Legion Częstochowa's Napoleon Chlebek was substituted for Roch Lodowy. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Zachariasz Zecman was substituted for Kajetan Pietrowiak. The wind increased when Iordache Ghinescu made the kick off in the second half. Valter Festas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Teofilo Lastras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Valter Festas came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the MKS Legion Częstochowa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valter Festas couldn't finish the play. 60 minutes into the game, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Zachary Naskrent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teofilo Lastras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Teofilo Lastras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachary Naskrent in the 63rd minute of play. When MKS Legion Częstochowa's Valter Festas in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Steaua Noes Potable's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Krzysztof Jajecznica ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Krzysztof Jajecznica almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Steaua Noes Potable's Teofilo Lastras did a great save. Teofilo Lastras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valter Festas in the 77th minute of play. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Ludomir Psotka was substituted for Igor Zajac. Czeslaw Banan hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, MKS Legion Częstochowa's Krzysztof Jajecznica got a free kick in the 81st minute. Valter Festas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teofilo Lastras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Vladimiro Fernandes charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Fernandes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Valter Festas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
