Longobarda's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manuel Zărnescu in the 8th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of FC Torpedo Dabrowa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Longobarda:s goal. With a little luck, Longobarda's Lev Yashin got control of the ball when Duong Kuster tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Longobarda's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Chmielecki came free, but Lev Yashin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The nice shot from Duong Kuster in the 17thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Lev Yashin had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Godholm came free, but Eugeniusz Osikowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lev Yashin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wiktor Cuber went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Cuber in the 21st minute of the match. Eugeniusz Osikowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Godholm in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajetan Chmielecki in the 27th minute of play forced Longobarda's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fevzi Toralp made a great header on FC Torpedo Dabrowa's corner, it was just that Longobarda's Lev Yashin managed to reach the ball for a save. Manuel Zărnescu struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Eugeniusz Osikowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Longobarda. Longobarda's Lev Yashin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Longobarda from getting a goal against them. Eugeniusz Osikowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Godholm in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Longobarda got a corner. FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manuel Zărnescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajetan Chmielecki in the 42nd minute of play forced Longobarda's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Longobarda's Lev Yashin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Longobarda from getting a goal against them. In the 47th match minute, Longobarda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu Martins to maneuver through the defense. FC Torpedo Dabrowa made a substitution. Olaf Fikus replaced Duong Kuster. After a rather tough play, Longobarda's Cafu Martins got a free kick in the 49th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

FC Torpedo Dabrowa's Emil Mielak quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Anthimos Vougas, made in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 61st minute, Roman Degutis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Longobarda's Manuel Zărnescu got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lev Yashin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Fikus, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Eugeniusz Osikowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Godholm in the 70th minute of the match. Eugeniusz Osikowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Cocca in the 72nd minute of play. Longobarda were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after FC Torpedo Dabrowa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manuel Zărnescu took the corner. The corner led Longobarda's Manuel Zărnescu to fire away a dangerous shot which Eugeniusz Osikowicz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Olaf Fikus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lev Yashin was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Cocca in the 78th minute of play forced FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Osikowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Longobarda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthimos Vougas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugeniusz Osikowicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edwin Godholm in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, FC Torpedo Dabrowa's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Godholm came free, but Eugeniusz Osikowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Fevzi Toralp got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lev Yashin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. FC Torpedo Dabrowa were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Longobarda for a fine match.
