Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Ivo Oja started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 7 minutes into the game, Cléberson Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ernesto Fe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 10 minutes into the match, Ivo Oja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tony Arruda. Westbam's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivo Oja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 17thth minute of the game Ubaldo Gonzales who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Westbam's Tony Arruda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 18 minutes Westbam's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Candido Garin who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Cavallino Rampante II's Ivo Oja getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Tony Arruda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Gonzales's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The Cavallino Rampante II fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tony Arruda came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales. But to his dismay, Ubaldo Gonzales quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Borys Smolarek hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Tony Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Gonzales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tony Arruda was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After the first half Cavallino Rampante II were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Cléberson Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 57 in the game by Ubaldo Gonzales from a close distance when the talented Tony Arruda managed to make a qualified save. Westbam's players were relieved. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Westbam's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Candido Garin was slow to take the kick. During this time Cavallino Rampante II's players had a chance to rest. In the 61st minute, Manuel Ioritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Cavallino Rampante II's Tony Arruda threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ubaldo Gonzales, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 64thth minute of the game Ubaldo Gonzales who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Westbam's Tony Arruda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ernesto Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléberson Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Westbam's goalie and right to Ubaldo Gonzales. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Westbam's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Tony Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Gonzales in the 71st minute of play. Cavallino Rampante II made a substitution. Cornelio Dubardo replaced Manuel Ioritz. Cavallino Rampante II's Fabian Jarosiewicz was substituted for Candido Garin. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Westbam's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joaquin Matai was slow to take the kick. During this time Cavallino Rampante II's players had a chance to rest. Ubaldo Gonzales was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Ubaldo Gonzales hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubaldo Gonzales in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tony Arruda made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Ivo Oja sent off a good shot on target. After 82 played minutes, Cavallino Rampante II's Arnaldo Ellande shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tony Arruda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cavallino Rampante II reached it. Tony Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Gonzales in the 83rd minute of play. Westbam were furious when Damian Pordea was red carded, 86 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 85th minute, one of Westbam:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Westbam. When the match had been going on for 87 minutes, Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tony Arruda. The audience was convinced that Ubaldo Gonzales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tony Arruda was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Cavallino Rampante II's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joaquin Matai in the 93rd minute. Cavallino Rampante II's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
