In the 38th minute, Di Kun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efraín Zercalde was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 42nd minute Moises Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efraín Zercalde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efraín Zercalde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Di Kun in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Di Kun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Efraín Zercalde. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Di Kun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Segundo Abecia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Di Kun in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efraín Zercalde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th play minute Moises Blasi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Efraín Zercalde. 0-5. Di Kun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Efraín Zercalde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Di Kun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Botev Plovdiv 1912's Di Kun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efraín Zercalde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Segundo Abecia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Bale having to interfere. Efraín Zercalde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Di Kun in the 87th minute. Di Kun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Efraín Zercalde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save LIRA ELBLĄG SSA from getting a goal against them. Moises Blasi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efraín Zercalde having to make a save. The supporters of Botev Plovdiv 1912 booed when LIRA ELBLĄG SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Logewnik didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Di Kun fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Efraín Zercalde, passed just outside the right post. When the match was over Botev Plovdiv 1912 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LIRA ELBLĄG SSA throughout the match.
