The referee ignored Björkö BK's protests and gave Lucas Colin a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Björkö BK got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Colin. In the 11th minute, André Noronha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Björkö BK's Mariusz Zdeb got control of the ball when Romão Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sporting Clube Patrício's Ademar Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rutger Jelm in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Rutger Jelm notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sporting Clube Patrício's Ademar Azevedo. Ademar Azevedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariusz Zdeb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Binne Koppermann in the 39th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sporting Clube Patrício's Binne Koppermann slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mariusz Zdeb. That made the score 2-1 after 46 minutes of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timmy Friberger to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Andreas Pirovolakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Clube Patrício's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Pirovolakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariusz Zdeb breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariusz Zdeb didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Binne Koppermann went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 62 minutes, Andreas Pirovolakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Clube Patrício's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Pirovolakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mariusz Zdeb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Rutger Jelm dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ademar Azevedo, 3-3. When Jakub Kornecki fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Björkö BK's protests and gave Jakub Kornecki a yellow card for diving instead. Björkö BK:s Mariusz Zdeb showed great skill when he stopped Vicente Maia:s penalty. André Noronha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mariusz Zdeb had in the 85thth minute some difficulties stopping Vicente Maia's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Björkö BK's Timmy Friberger got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Mariusz Zdeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 99th minute, Vicente Maia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Clube Patrício fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sporting Clube Patrício had won after a very even match.
