Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Astros de México's Feliberto Eyague started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Astros de México's goalkeeper Antoni Lopes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Binne Koppermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Antoni Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Binne Koppermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Binne Koppermann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Antoni Lopes made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Binne Koppermann in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antoni Lopes saved Astros de México from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Eyague came free, but Ademar Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28thth minute of the game Binne Koppermann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astros de México's Antoni Lopes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute, Binne Koppermann reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Antoni Lopes. The goal made the score 2-0. Sporting Clube Patrício's Rogério Alves quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fábio Pena, made in the 37th minute of the game. Binne Koppermanns short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Antoni Lopes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 40 minutes into the match, Astros de México's goalkeeper Antoni Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Binne Koppermann. Binne Koppermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Antoni Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rdth minute of the game Binne Koppermann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astros de México's Antoni Lopes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 49th play minute Binne Koppermann came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Antoni Lopes. 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Binne Koppermann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Astros de México was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angulo Cabañero to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Binne Koppermann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antoni Lopes. Astros de México's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Binne Koppermann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The audience was convinced that Binne Koppermann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antoni Lopes was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Astros de México's Feliberto Eyague got a free kick in the 76th minute. The supporters of Sporting Clube Patrício booed when Astros de México was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Eyague didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Romão Santos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Clube Patrício fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Maia in the 89th minute of play forced Astros de México's goalkeeper Antoni Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Iker Dei threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sporting Clube Patrício's Alişan Bağışhan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 92 minutes into the match, Vicente Maia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antoni Lopes. Astros de México's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Maia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Vicente Maia scored 8-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antoni Lopes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Sporting Clube Patrício players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
