The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Laerte Favoretto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Panait Hațegan made a huge save. Damaso Ubelteso kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Panait Hațegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Rapado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Heintje Gamarra in the 19th minute. Panait Hațegan made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Laerte Favoretto sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the match, Laerte Favoretto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Panait Hațegan. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laerte Favoretto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Wesley Sneijder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigio Valerón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alper Benli in the 40th minute of play. Alper Benli kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jakes Vila during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Hațegan got control of the ball when Laerte Favoretto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mădălin Cangeopol to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mădălin Cangeopol got free with Remigio Valerón in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Remigio Valerón proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Marius Tănasă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Remigio Valerón. Remigio Valerón yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. With a little luck, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Remigio Valerón got control of the ball when Mădălin Cangeopol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Hațegan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Escobar in the 80th minute of play. Remigio Valerón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Sneijder, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Panait Hațegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Escobar in the 87th minute of the match. Joel Valines kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
