With a little luck, Belfegor FC's Fede Gomes got control of the ball when Horia Tătaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Luís Gustavo Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Preator Edikt's protests and gave Luís Gustavo Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Luís Gustavo Barbosa. Horia Tătaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fede Gomes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horia Tătaru ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th minute Marten Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Pihlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Bernt Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Modesto Bernal, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marten Palermo ran back to his position shaking his head. After 24 played minutes Belfegor FC got a freekick which was hit by Amos Menichini. Belfegor FC's Fede Gomes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Belfegor FC from getting a goal against them. Jan Pihlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Colas in the 37th minute of the match. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Colas in the 38th minute of play. Jan Pihlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Bernal in the 42nd minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Everardo Colas to strike the kick off in the second half. Through an outstanding action, after 54 minutes, Jan Pihlberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fede Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Ove Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when Belfegor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Lapurdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belfegor FC's Domingos Nabar was substituted for Simon Lapurdi. After 71 played minutes Belfegor FC got a freekick which was hit by Simon Lapurdi. Jan Pihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Belfegor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Ove Blomqvist came free, but Fede Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everardo Colas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stig-Ove Blomqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fede Gomes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. The Belfegor FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Preator Edikt from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
