In the 93rd minute Gu Guang Cheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hu Jian Zhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sean Dekker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hu Jian Zhan having to make a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fenerbahce ISTANBUL eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
