Artur Bronder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Iurisch having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Zbigniew Dziurowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Iurisch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogumil Pochorylo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 87thth minute of the game Napoleon Dziatkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CRS Pogoń Barlinek's Evert Telin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Napoleon Dziatkowski in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evert Telin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Dariusz Praski came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Jagiellonia Bialystok fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dariusz Praski couldn't finish the play. Napoleon Dziatkowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CRS Pogoń Barlinek had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
