Cássio Ferraz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Luiz Rosa having to make a save. Batéi Félreértés LC's André Luiz Rosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Batéi Félreértés LC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 16 minutes, Abel de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olivedos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abel de Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roland Bódi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Maranhense read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Batéi Félreértés LC's goalkeeper André Luiz Rosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel de Godoi. Magno Sampaio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Luiz Rosa having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel de Godoi in the 27th minute of play forced Batéi Félreértés LC's goalkeeper André Luiz Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Olivedos's André Luiz Rosa threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abel de Godoi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 31st minute of the match, Abel de Godoi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but André Luiz Rosa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Batéi Félreértés LC's André Luiz Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel de Godoi in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Batéi Félreértés LC booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisinho Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th match minute, Batéi Félreértés LC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pál Hudák to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Olivedos's Abel de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Luiz Rosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Luiz Rosa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Abel de Godoi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. When Olivedos's Abel de Godoi in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Batéi Félreértés LC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 44th minute, Cássio Ferraz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of André Luiz Rosa. The goal made the score 2-0. Cássio Ferraz came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and André Luiz Rosa could save by the left post.

Olivedos's Rômulo Custódio was substituted for Osvaldinho Veiga. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abel de Godoi was the one to do the kick off. If Abel de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Luiz Rosa came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Olivedos's Abel de Godoi. But to his dismay, Abel de Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Abel de Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Luiz Rosa having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel de Godoi in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Luiz Rosa saved Batéi Félreértés LC from getting behind. Abel de Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Luiz Rosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel de Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. 82 minutes into the match, Olivedos's Abel de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Luiz Rosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abel de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Abel de Godoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivedos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel de Godoi in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Luiz Rosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. During the 90th minute of the match Pál Hudák completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pál Hudák a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Batéi Félreértés LC's Pál Hudák got a free kick in the 91st minute. Abel de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Abel de Godoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Luiz Rosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Batéi Félreértés LC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
