Elizardo Massana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Tadeo Distiratsu made a huge save. Tadeo Distiratsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elizardo Massana in the 6th minute. Wilfredo Gitano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cordairo Segura having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Carqueja's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Gitano came free, but Cordairo Segura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's Wilfredo Gitano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cordairo Segura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Franco Garro fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carqueja's protests and gave Franco Garro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Carqueja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Garro to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enmanuel Herdozain, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute Wilfredo Gitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordairo Segura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeo Distiratsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oliverio Cavallosa in the 25th minute. Marciano Christobal kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Vielva came free, but Tadeo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Mario Vielva put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeo Distiratsu. In the 40thth minute of the game Wilfredo Gitano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carqueja's Cordairo Segura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Carqueja getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Franco Garro hit a great ball. After 46 minutes, Joop Deswarte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jarana FC and the Carqueja players grew even worse after the yellow card. 45 minutes into the game, one of Jarana FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jarana FC:s Tadeo Distiratsu showed great skill when he stopped Mario Vielva:s penalty. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Wilfredo Gitano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cordairo Segura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Tadeo Distiratsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elizardo Massana, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Cordairo Segura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Gitano in the 57th minute of play. Wilfredo Gitano might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cordairo Segura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilfredo Gitano ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 61st minute of play forced Carqueja's goalkeeper Cordairo Segura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Distiratsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elizardo Massana in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ereinotz Masbernat came free, but Tadeo Distiratsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Vielva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Carqueja's zone, Wilfredo Gitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordairo Segura came out of the goal and Wilfredo Gitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Wilfredo Gitano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Jarana FC's Cordairo Segura threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wilfredo Gitano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Wilfredo Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cordairo Segura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo Gitano in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Carqueja's Cortez Olalde got a free kick in the 91st minute. Jarana FC's Tadeo Distiratsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Zotillo in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jarana FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carqueja.
