After a rather tough play, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Adolfo Galindo got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Hernandez in the 15th minute of play forced Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Börje Holmgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Paulo Rosio got control of the ball when Anthon Nordin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 minutes, Ma Jian Hai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletas Campesinos F.C. and the Flodde CFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Paulo Rosio made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Anthon Nordin sent off a good shot on target. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ciro Ostadar in the 34th minute. It was a well-played corner which Pepe Burris managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Víktor Muli in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Rosio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Börje Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Hernandez in the 40th minute of the match. Atletas Campesinos F.C. were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Flodde CFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ciro Ostadar took the corner. Börje Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Hernandez in the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Hernandez to strike the kick off in the second half. Luís Hernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Víktor Muli came free, but Paulo Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Ospetsu charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonides Ospetsu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, one of Flodde CFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Flodde CFC. Ciro Ostadar shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Víktor Muli's late challenge caught a Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Víktor Muli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Flodde CFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Víktor Muli to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Atletas Campesinos F.C. booed when Flodde CFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Nyström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Ostadar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 72nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 77th match minute, Atletas Campesinos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Galindo to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Rosio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthon Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Paulo Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Muli in the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Flodde CFC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
