Spectators: 7437 (Terracing: 5637, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 150) Saiko FC's Eliseu Fonseca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Saiko FC defense, Bartolome Moracia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Sabóia. The Saiko FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Sabóia should have stopped the shot. Zé Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolome Moracia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olo Uriarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Bati in the 13th minute of the match. If Jorge Torcida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olo Uriarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseu Fonseca in the 30th minute. After having played for 31 minutes, Jorge Torcida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caaguazu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Torcida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Torcida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Sabóia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Olo Uriarte successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Olo Uriarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Gonçalves in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Leonel Santana dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Olo Uriarte, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Bartolome Moracia kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Jorge Torcida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Fonseca in the 54th minute of play forced Caaguazu's goalkeeper Olo Uriarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caaguazu's Olo Uriarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Bati in the 59th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Bati came free, but Olo Uriarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Saiko FC's Eliseu Fonseca in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caaguazu's goalie prevented a goal. Zé Sabóia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caaguazu. 71 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Santana came free, but Olo Uriarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Gabriel Bati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olo Uriarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Saiko FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Santana to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goalkeeper Zé Sabóia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miliano Roza. Leonel Santana hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Zé Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Torcida, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Zé Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolome Moracia in the 82nd minute of the match. Miliano Roza's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Zé Sabóia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Miliano Roza's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zé Sabóia firmly grabbed it by the left post. Zé Sabóia came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Caaguazu's Miliano Roza. But to his dismay, Miliano Roza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 93 minutes into the match, Josué Gonçalves notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Caaguazu's Olo Uriarte. Olo Uriarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olo Uriarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Saiko FC had won after a very even match.
