Răzvan Uncheşu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flávio Cortez kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Leif Löfdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 17 minutes, Flávio Cortez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stardrust's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flávio Cortez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stardrust's Răzvan Uncheşu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Löfdahl in the 20th minute of play. When Segmon IF's Leif Löfdahl in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stardrust's goalie prevented a goal. If Robert Dubiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Leif Löfdahl sped through Stardrust's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Răzvan Uncheşu. 0-3 became the score in the 29th minute when Leif Löfdahl elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Stardrust's Alfons Glad threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Flávio Cortez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 36th minute, Leif Löfdahl made a precise shot to the right of Răzvan Uncheşu. Stardrust's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Robert Dubiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robert Dubiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stardrust's Răzvan Uncheşu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dubiel in the 45th minute of play. Stardrust's Zarco Semedo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Börje Beck in the 47 minute of the game.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leif Löfdahl was the one to do the kick off. Robert Dubiel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Răzvan Uncheşu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stardrust's Răzvan Uncheşu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Stardrust from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Stardrust getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Roque Abastas hit a great ball. Robert Dubiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Dubiel in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Răzvan Uncheşu saved Stardrust from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Leif Löfdahl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Segmon IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Jens-Åke Tingelholm's late challenge caught a Stardrust's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens-Åke Tingelholm helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stardrust booed when Segmon IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Åke Tingelholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stardrust's Răzvan Uncheşu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Stardrust from getting a goal against them. If Robert Dubiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Răzvan Uncheşu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Dubiel in the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Stardrust was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Abastas to maneuver through the defense. Hannes Haraldsson's late challenge caught a Stardrust's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hannes Haraldsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th minute, Flávio Cortez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Răzvan Uncheşu managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Segmon IF's Lars-Erik Lidström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alfons Glad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flávio Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leif Löfdahl who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Răzvan Uncheşu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Segmon IF's Leif Löfdahl was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Stardrust's Zarco Semedo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hannes Haraldsson, made in the 85th minute of the game. Robert Dubiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Răzvan Uncheşu having to interfere. With a little luck, Stardrust's Răzvan Uncheşu got control of the ball when Viktor Biörnberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Segmon IF getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Leif Löfdahl hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Segmon IF's zone, Flávio Cortez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfons Glad came out of the goal and Flávio Cortez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Segmon IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stardrust.
