Spectators: 7436 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 120) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bruno Zuidema kicked off to start the match. Ernie Kenney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harm Rooy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute Ciccio Lampa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Felo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Felo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciccio Lampa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ger Mols scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Felo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 11 played minutes RKO AFC got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Fenner. Ramon Saelman made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bjorn Kuijpers immediately put the ball in play. In the 15th match minute, RKO AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Uggla to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Felo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ger Mols in the 17th minute of the match. If Ernie Kenney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 21 played minutes RKO AFC got a freekick which was hit by Loreto Carte. Harm Rooy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernie Kenney in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernie Kenney got free with Harm Rooy in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, Bruno Zuidema had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Felo. RKO AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Zuidema was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 32 minutes into the match, RKO AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciccio Lampa came free, but Fernando Felo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 minutes, Giorgos Kyriakopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RKO AFC and the The Dalwhinnie Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fernando Felo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Zuidema in the 35th minute of the match. After 38 minutes, Mikhail Lapshin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Dalwhinnie Boys and the RKO AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mikhail Lapshin kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. A collision led to The Dalwhinnie Boys getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Mikhail Lapshin hit a great ball. RKO AFC's Giorgos Kyriakopoulos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for The Dalwhinnie Boys. If Ciccio Lampa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Harm Rooy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by The Dalwhinnie Boys's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Giorgos Kyriakopoulos was slow to take the kick. During this time RKO AFC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Giorgos Kyriakopoulos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Harm Rooy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The RKO AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Dalwhinnie Boys were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernie Kenney made a kick off. Celedonio Fenner's late challenge caught a The Dalwhinnie Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Fenner helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes RKO AFC got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Fenner. Fernando Felo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Zuidema, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. When The Dalwhinnie Boys's Mirko Blank in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RKO AFC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Mirko Blank sped through RKO AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernando Felo. If Mirko Blank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giorgos Kyriakopoulos hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Ciccio Lampa scored 0-7 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Felo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Saelman in the 74th minute of play forced RKO AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Felo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ciccio Lampa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, RKO AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Felo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert-Jan ten Rouwelaar. After a rather tough play, RKO AFC's Amancio Ourente got a free kick in the 85th minute. Fernando Felo made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Bruno Zuidema sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Zuidema's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Fernando Felo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Dalwhinnie Boys's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
