Isac Hojbota was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Dobromir Raszkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Hoffman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olimpiu Rizea, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. KS Chrobotki Reniferowe's Stefan Hoffman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save KS Chrobotki Reniferowe from getting a goal against them. A nice corner shot did that Olimpiu Rizea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stefan Hoffman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patryk Tuliszewski in the 20th minute of play forced FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Isac Hojbota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vali Maghiar came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the FC Politehnica Timisoara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vali Maghiar couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Olimpiu Rizea managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Politehnica Timisoara's supporters rose to their feet, but Olimpiu Rizea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Hoffman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Olimpiu Rizea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefan Hoffman was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 36th minute FC Politehnica Timisoara were awarded a corner. Martin Crușeveanu went to the cornerflag to take it. Timmy Deckbergh was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. In the 39th match minute, FC Politehnica Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Deckbergh to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute Patryk Tuliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Hojbota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Patryk Tuliszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isac Hojbota. FC Politehnica Timisoara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patryk Tuliszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After the first half KS Chrobotki Reniferowe were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patryk Tuliszewski was the one to do the kick off. After 56 played minutes KS Chrobotki Reniferowe got a freekick which was hit by Kacper Trela. 56 minutes into the match, FC Politehnica Timisoara's Martin Crușeveanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stefan Hoffman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stefan Hoffman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olimpiu Rizea's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 64 minutes into the match, KS Chrobotki Reniferowe's goal looked a bit too open when Vali Maghiar came free, but Stefan Hoffman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grzegorz Zielinski hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. FC Politehnica Timisoara's Yosua Helguera was substituted for Håvard Bjørke. In the 67thth minute of the game Olimpiu Rizea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Chrobotki Reniferowe's Stefan Hoffman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olimpiu Rizea in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Hoffman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 72 minutes into the match, KS Chrobotki Reniferowe's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Crușeveanu came free, but Stefan Hoffman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Olimpiu Rizea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Hoffman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 80th minute, Patryk Tuliszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Hoffman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Rizea in the 85th minute of the match. Stefan Hoffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Rizea in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Politehnica Timisoara's Ernest Manea got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olimpiu Rizea in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Hoffman prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
