The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicola Zalewski to strike the kick off in the second half. Lu Hong Qiang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malvin Pascual in the 51st minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Mauro's goal looked a bit too open when Malvin Pascual came free, but Lu Hong Qiang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Slawomir Niezywy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mauro's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
