The audience was convinced that Thomas Grandison's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustavo Coelho was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Jorge Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xurupita FC's Gustavo Coelho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Xurupita FC from getting a goal against them. After 47 played minutes Xurupita FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Pombal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Thomas Grandison made the kick off in the second half. Hetem Paloka made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Lilian Vântu sent off a good shot on target. With 64 minutes on the clock, Edmund Trela commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 64th minute, one of Polonia Division:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Polonia Division. The goalkeeper, Hetem Paloka, was totally fooled by Xurupita FC's Emerson Jacaré, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Xurupita FC's Gustavo Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Grandison in the 72nd minute of play. In the 79thth minute of the game Thomas Grandison who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xurupita FC's Gustavo Coelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Xurupita FC's 姜响昆 got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th match minute, Xurupita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 姜响昆 to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Polonia Division's goal looked a bit too open when Emerson Jacaré came free, but Hetem Paloka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vibar Vërçuni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gustavo Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovânio Meireles struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Gustavo Coelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polonia Division. Thomas Grandison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
