Ye Hong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Vladimiro Chuse made a huge save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimiro Chuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dedê de Castro got free with Vladimiro Chuse in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abandon All Hope's Meng Yan Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Wolnik in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Chimborazo A.F.C were awarded a corner. Ernesto Pacifico went to the cornerflag to take it. Samuel Oton was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Abandon All Hope's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
