Iker Boruc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvio Odilon went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remo Paraense in the 24th minute of play forced C.A Vientos Huracanados's goalkeeper Paolo Ubarna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Remo Paraense fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's protests and gave Remo Paraense a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A Vientos Huracanados booed when GIOVANNI DZIADZIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remo Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.
