The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Lizbeth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hannes Dresdner was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 10th minute Stephane Pfiffer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Majusiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gorancielo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Dragons the free kick. A collision led to Gorancielo getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Grigoris Bikakis hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Bruno Tabor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. I Putu í Lon Jacobsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Damian Majusiak made a huge save. In the 24th minute Arnoldo Lizbeth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Dresdner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Lizbeth came free, but Hannes Dresdner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Gorancielo were awarded a corner. Patricio Leoncio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Gorancielo's Jonatan Garin getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Osasun in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Lizbeth came free, but Hannes Dresdner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. I Putu í Lon Jacobsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Damian Majusiak made a huge save. I Putu í Lon Jacobsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnoldo Lizbeth was the one to do the kick off. Damian Majusiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bodo Rodel in the 55th minute of the match. Humberto Roldanillo struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Hannes Dresdner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gorancielo. The supporters of Black Dragons booed when Gorancielo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Widhie Sungkono didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Lizbeth got free with Hannes Dresdner in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Gorancielo's Grigoris Bikakis got a free kick in the 67th minute. Black Dragons's Sander Buckinx was substituted for Rico Roy. Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Lizbeth in the 71st minute of play. Damian Majusiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waud Soetemans in the 72nd minute of the match. Damian Majusiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waud Soetemans in the 80th minute of play. Damian Majusiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waud Soetemans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hannes Dresdner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Sadurni in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute of the match Gorancielo got a corner. Black Dragons's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patricio Leoncio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gorancielo's Patricio Leoncio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hannes Dresdner in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 87thth minute of the game I Putu í Lon Jacobsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gorancielo's Damian Majusiak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Black Dragons's I Putu í Lon Jacobsen in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gorancielo's goalie prevented a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Gorancielo's goal looked a bit too open when Waud Soetemans came free, but Damian Majusiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santos Sadurni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Hannes Dresdner made a huge save. Santos Sadurni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Black Dragons had won after a very even match.
