Kjell Boberg kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in ZigZag Athletic's zone, Jan Sierocki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Akif Ersoy came out of the goal and Jan Sierocki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mehmet Akif Ersoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gavino Rami in the 29th minute. Gavino Ramis short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Mehmet Akif Ersoy to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gavino Rami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Mehmet Akif Ersoy made a huge save. Mehmet Akif Ersoy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gavino Rami in the 42nd minute. Gavino Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Club Atlético Magallanes's Manoel Barros was substituted for Tadeo Precioso. A collision led to ZigZag Athletic getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Jacek Zjawin hit a great ball. Mehmet Akif Ersoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Rami in the 67th minute of the match. Jimeno Nevada made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Nicki Nick sent off a good shot on target. Mehmet Akif Ersoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taci Argün in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Nestor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZigZag Athletic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Magallanes the free kick. In the 74th minute of the match Best Jesus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehmet Akif Ersoy skillfully saved the ball. Gavino Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taci Argün in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Akif Ersoy saved ZigZag Athletic from getting behind. 97 minutes into the match, ZigZag Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Taci Argün came free, but Mehmet Akif Ersoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atlético Magallanes fully deserved thier win.
