The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dragoş Zgondea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aydın Mehmet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enak Saja in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute A.C.Toro29 were awarded a corner. Guga Maia went to the cornerflag to take it. Enak Saja made a great header on A.C.Toro29's corner, it was just that FC Montana's Aydın Mehmet managed to reach the ball for a save. Aydın Mehmet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enak Saja, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Aydın Mehmet made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Concetto Santone sent off a good shot on target. A.C.Toro29's Fulvio Pietropaolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Di Crescenzo in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, A.C.Toro29's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Aurre came free, but Fulvio Pietropaolo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, FC Montana's Patricio Aurre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulvio Pietropaolo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fulvio Pietropaolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andaç Mazlum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baybars Lemi kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Olejasz in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Montana's goalkeeper Aydın Mehmet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Antoni Olejasz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Aydın Mehmet to make any attempt to save it. Aydın Mehmet made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Felice Juliano sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Aurre in the 39th minute of play forced A.C.Toro29's goalkeeper Fulvio Pietropaolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Dragoş Zgondea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.C.Toro29's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Montana the free kick. The supporters of FC Montana booed when A.C.Toro29 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dragoş Zgondea didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes FC Montana got a freekick which was hit by Müfit Durhal. Felice Juliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Aydın Mehmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Dragoş Zgondea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Müfit Durhal during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
