Gunter Bachmann scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elder de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gunter Bachmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder de Toledo having to interfere. Gunter Bachmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute Gunter Bachmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elder de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Oftedal, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. But to his dismay, Gunter Bachmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 70 minutes into the match, Gunter Bachmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elder de Toledo. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gunter Bachmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s Stanislav Miškić was substituted for Lino Budimir. Lars Oftedal took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elder de Toledo. Elder de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Elder de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Oftedal in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunter Bachmann got free with Elder de Toledo in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s goal looked a bit too open when Lars Oftedal came free, but Elder de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute Lars Oftedal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Oftedal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gunter Bachmann had several of the GNK Dinamo Zagreb™'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 98 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Elder de Toledo as he didn't even see the shot coming.
