Winksele 2016 were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after FC Muuga United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Big Hulk took the corner. Ben Dillemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Castel in the 36th minute of play. Ben Dillemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Brudnicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. A collision led to Winksele 2016 getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Thibaud Segers hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Janar Taelma to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Muuga United's Virgo Lööper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quirin Brauer in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Dariusz Brudnicki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ben Dillemans was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 59th match minute, FC Muuga United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agur Vabamäe to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Muuga United eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
