The audience was convinced that Otsoko Balmaceda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Moraes was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juvenal Ferraz during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lech Max booed when Estrela Vermelha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juvenal Ferraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute of the match Sebastian Skaradowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yan Moraes skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Estrela Vermelha booed when Lech Max was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Rogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yan Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otsoko Balmaceda in the 15th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Estrela Vermelha's Yan Moraes. Yan Moraes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Yan Moraes came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Lech Max's Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos. But to his dismay, Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 29 played minutes Estrela Vermelha got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Proença. Aírton Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Dubilas having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Estrela Vermelha's goal looked a bit too open when Otsoko Balmaceda came free, but Yan Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Otsoko Balmaceda notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Estrela Vermelha's Yan Moraes. Yan Moraes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 44th match minute, Estrela Vermelha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Francisco Castro to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute Otsoko Balmaceda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrique Proença was the one to do the kick off. Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th minute, Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Otsoko Balmaceda in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yan Moraes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Lech Max's Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yan Moraes. That made the score 0-4 after 59 minutes of play. 62 minutes into the game, João Francisco Castro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrela Vermelha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lech Max the free kick. 66 minutes into the match, Otsoko Balmaceda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yan Moraes. Estrela Vermelha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Otsoko Balmaceda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Otsoko Balmaceda took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Yan Moraes to make any attempt to save it. In the 78th minute of the match, Otsoko Balmaceda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yan Moraes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Yan Moraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Estrela Vermelha's goalkeeper Yan Moraes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos. In the 92nd minute, Kapaneus Panayiotopoulos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Yan Moraes. The goal made the score 0-8. When the match was over Lech Max could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Estrela Vermelha throughout the match.
