Rômulo Lopez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 18 minutes of play, MZKS Sharks Gdynia's Remigiusz Cempa made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rômulo Lopez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remigiusz Cempa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rômulo Lopez made a huge save. Witalis Chmielecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Wodaszak in the 22nd minute of play. If Tiaguinho Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rômulo Lopez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Bielatowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kenny Forsyth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radomil Bielatowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kenny Forsyth was the one to do the kick off. Rômulo Lopez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niek Wander's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 59th minute, Radomil Bielatowicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MZKS Sharks Gdynia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The supporters of MZKS Sharks Gdynia booed when Cirq Dandelion Piracicaba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiaguinho Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rômulo Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Rakiewicz in the 76th minute of the match. MZKS Sharks Gdynia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
