Cosimo Grilli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicasio Alonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Grilli, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Vestfjorden FK's Cosimo Grilli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicasio Alonso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Orlando Daunte made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vestfjorden FK's Dante Iratze. In the 23rd minute, Cosimo Grilli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicasio Alonso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Nicasio Alonso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Grilli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Roque Amor made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Cosimo Grilli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicasio Alonso. That made the score 0-5 in the 51 minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match Orlando Daunte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gil Ceni skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Vestfjorden FK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Yngve Kaldestad hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Txurio in the 60th minute of play forced Vestfjorden FK's goalkeeper Gil Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vestfjorden FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
