Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Brasil's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Mustafa Haydar Sağan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Krzysztof Wojno kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Ibar in the 38th minute of play. Paredes Fortes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürhan Ünsi in the 39th minute of play.

The wind increased when Şaban Saraçoğlu made the kick off in the second half. Hilmi Onursan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute.
