With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thibaut Courtois prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 24th minute, Diego Armando Lamb made a precise shot to the right of Thibaut Courtois. GUSESI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Everardo Ado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Tonete in the 34th minute of the match. Leandro Ederono hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute of the match, Edmundo Cañas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thibaut Courtois was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
