Léo Sampaio was a little too slow when Olof Falkrantz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nildo Chaves made a kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Nildo Chaves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bora Bora's Riccardo Hofer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Léo Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Kuse in the 54th minute of play.
